If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours there will be no charge. If you cancel within 24 hrs of your your appointment, you will be charged 25% of your scheduled services. If you no call/no show and it is the first time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services. If you no call/no show me more than once, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services. If you no call/no show for festival braids during a busy festival week, whether it’s the first time or not, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services. We completely understand that things happen, so please message us if you are not able to make it in, we are always willing to work with you guys!
